  • P.O. Box Addresses: Unfortunately, UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you’ve provided a P.O. Box address, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternate delivery method.

  • Potential Delays: Some orders may experience delays due to increased shipping demand and rerouted logistics caused by the strike.

Holiday Delivery Guarantee

We’re here to make sure your gifts arrive in time for the holidays. To guarantee delivery by December 24th, please place your order by the following dates:

  • Standard Shipping: Place your order by December 10th. While our standard delivery times are typically 3-7 business days across Canada, we recommend ordering early to account for potential carrier delays.

  • Expidited Shipping: Place your order by December 18th. Our expidited delivery times are typically 1-3 business days.

  • Extended Window for Standard Orders: If you place your order by December 13th, your package should still arrive on time, but we cannot make guarantees beyond December 10th.
