Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and in its original packaging.
• All returns are subject to:
  • A 5% restocking fee.
  • A $14.95 return shipping label fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

To start a return, contact us at support@vaped.ca to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RA number, return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us via chat as soon as possible. We will make every effort to make the order right; however, we cannot make any changes to the order once it has been fulfilled, which usually happens within 24 hours of the order being placed. 

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Clearance items and items discounted at 25% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
