Please contact us as soon as possible if there's an issue with your order we'll get back to you within 24 hours. Unfortunately we are not able to make changes to orders once placed.

On unopened purchases we can offer a refund if the customer covers the shipping both ways + a 5% restocking fee.  

Unfortunately we cannot give refunds on used vaporizers (for obvious sanitary reasons), or from vaporizers purchased elsewhere, but if there's an issue and the vaporizer is still under warranty please contact the manufacturer directly.
