Please contact us as soon as possible if there's an issue with your order we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

Defective vaporizer units and broken glass must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

On unopened purchases we can offer a refund if the customer covers the shipping both ways + a 5% restocking fee.  

Unfortunately we cannot give refunds on used vaporizers (for obvious sanitary reasons), or from vaporizers purchased elsewhere, but if there's an issue and the vaporizer is still under warranty we can help you out by contacting the manufacturer.
