Shipping Policies
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in British Columbia.
- We work with Canada Post and UPS to ensure your orders are delivered in a timely manner.
- While we strive for prompt and reliable service, delivery times may exceed guaranteed delivery timeframes. We can not be held responsible for carrier delays.
- Orders above $99.00 before tax are eligible for free standard shipping.
- If you’ve paid for expedited shipping and your package fails to arrive within the guaranteed time, we are more than happy to refund the shipping cost.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
- Our warehouse processes orders from Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
