Vaped Canada offers free standard shipping on all order over $99 across Canada!

We work with major carriers to ensure your orders are delivered in a timely manner. While we strive for prompt and reliable service, delivery times may exceed guaranteed delivery timeframes. We can not be held responsible for carrier delays.

If you’ve paid for express shipping and your package fails to arrive within the guaranteed time, we are more than happy to issue you a shipping refund.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package's progress. If you have not received your tracking details please contact us at support@vaped.ca for assistance.

Our warehouse, located in British Columbia, processes orders from Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays, and orders are not guaranteed to be processed on the same day you order was placed.
