13 Days past expected delivery date, and still NO package!!

THIS COMPANY IS OBVIOUSLY RUNNING A SCAM!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! I ordered on 10/06/2023 @ 9:10am, by 10:59am I received an email that my item had shipped. I paid for expedited shipping ($12.95), so expected my package by 10/10/2023. I received a tracking number, but when I checked the tracking on 10/10/2023 my package had ended at a pickup point in Quebec...I live in Alberta! I contacted UPS to see what was up. The UPS agent tells me that my name is not on the package associated with the tracking number. I attempt to notify Vaped.ca. The response I get is from their automated chat system...we are looking into it. On 10/16/2023 I receive another email from Vaped.ca that my package has been delivered. Same tracking number as before, and delivered to the same address in Quebec as before. Not very happy about this, but my own fault for not paying attention to the fact there are no phone numbers or addresses for the company, and only 1 email address to send complaints to. I would give 0 stars if it was possible!!!

This mighty plus charges super fast with the right charger. It’s very smooth and easy to use. I highly recommend it. I recommend also buying extra cups to switch them faster when you done with one.

This machine heats up really quick and produces a super pleasant smoke. Plus it shipped even one day early. Also I love the complementary grinder.
