​The Crafty+ vaporizer is a fantastic portable vaporizer due to its small size and fantastic vapor quality. Storz & Bickel has made some great improvements from the original Crafty which include a bigger battery, faster heat up time and new boost modes. They've also tossed in an extra year of warranty (from 2 to 3).

Exceptional Build Quality

The unit is very well made out of sturdy plastic and feels very solid in your hands; you can feel the quality build. It has a unique design with vents which allow the heat to dissipate so it's not too hot on inhale. It may look simple but a lot of engineering went in to the Crafty+.

Overall it offers the same exceptional quality as the Mighty, Volcano and Plenty vaporizers. Expect the best with Storz & Bickel, they've been continually improving the Crafty and it's paid off.

Small and Compact

While the Mighty might be at the top of every portable vaporizer list many people complain about its size... it's not exactly pocket friendly. That's not the case with the Crafty+. Storz & Bickel has managed to essentially condense everything you love about the Mighty in to a far smaller package.

The Crafty+ is the perfect size to throw in your pocket for an adventure outdoors, or just to walk around the house with. It's compact and discreet. You also don't need to worry about any glass breaking which happens with Arizer vaporizers.

The Crafty+ utilizes Storz & Bickel's patented mix of conduction and convection heating technology. That results in lots of vapor that tastes great. The airflow is also fantastic and leads to a lovely vaporizing experience in a small package.

The heat up time has also been cut in half from the original Crafty vaporizer. You can go from herb to vaporizing in around 60 seconds which is pretty darn quick. Just pack the bowl, press the on button and you're off!

Better Battery and Faster Charging

If there was one complaint about the original Crafty, it was that the battery didn't last too long. That's been solved with the Crafty+. They've increased the battery size to keep you going for even longer. You can squeak out about 5-6 bowls on a single charge.

The battery also charges faster than the original Crafty, getting you back in the game quicker. You can use the Crafty+ while it's charging but it doesn't have true pass-through as it turns the charging off while it' heating up.

Simple To Use (+ App)

The Crafty+ keeps it simple with one-button control. It's super simple to turn on and switch between the 3 pre-set temperature levels. It also features a new super-boost mode (by triple pressing the button) which bumps you up to max temperature to finish off bowls.

It also works well with the Storz & Bickel app. If you're on Android you can download it directly, or you can use the web app to connect from a Bluetooth enabled computer (it's not available in the Apple app store). This gives you full control over a bunch of personal preferences.

No coughing

Brother recommended this product to reduce coughing. I couldn't use other vapes without feeling like a elephant was on my chest the next morning. This has eliminated that completely.

Great smoke. Decent battery

Great vape for an on the go session. Lasts a good 3-4 bowls worth, so if I have a smoke at lunch it only needs to be charged a few times a week. Not something I’d buy for around the house though.

not impressed with battery, crafty plus

not happy with battery, Get 4 sessions out of it at 174c, then dead and have to wait 4 hrs for it to charge. really it should have a battery swap , or plug in wall to use.
Nice tokes from it , but needs cleaning after 4 sessions. Pain in the butt. will stick to my arizer at home.

Just what the doctor ordered

I have smoked weed since I was 14, am 69 now. My daughter (an internal medicine specialist and ICU doctor) was concerned over my smokers cough. She recommended your machine. It works great, coughing stopped. Good product.

Hi there, sorry for the delay. After owning a Pax for over 10 years I thought I'd try the crafty plus because my friend owns a Crafty Mighty and he really likes it. I needed a smaller one because I smoke all day, 0retty much. Lol. Two weeks after my purchase of the Crafty Plus I bought a Pax 3, same price as the Crafty Plus. I was uncomfortable with the Crafty Plus because it's not user friendly. I have a problem figuring out if it's charged or not. I'm aware of the blue and red button. Blue flashing quickly and then turning off means it needs a charge. It can be charged when blue is flashing. I've done that but blue continues to flash quickly. In any case, I think I need more time to get use to it. Pax is still number 1.

I did a bunch of reading on vapes before buying the Crafty+. I have only owned one other herb vape prior to this so my review is based on the comparison of the two. My previous unit was a Ruva and the Crafty+ is WAAAY better (probably goes without saying because Ruva is a cheaper vape). The airflow in the Crafty+ is unimpeded which I love; you don't struggle to inhale due to screen blockage (Ruva was bad for that). Has a decently quick heat up time (mines set at 190°C, so about 1-2 min). I can get about 5 sessions out of a charge. Battery life, charge time, and capacity (~0.5g) were about the same as the Ruva, so it's no big change for me there except it seems I get more THC vape out of the Crafty+ than the Ruva. I'd would suggest anyone undecided on a vape to buy the Crafty+.

  • I’m just wondering if I should go with the Crafty or the Mighty. They seem pretty similar to me and can’t really make up my mind. Money is no object, I just want the best vaporizer. I plan to use it at home 99% of the time. The app in the Crafty looks pretty cool but I’m just not sure.

    If you’re going to use it at home I’d go with the Mighty to be honest. The battery life is much better so you can carry it around your house without worrying about the battery all the time. Hope this helps 🙂
